LourdMurray, a fee-only wealth manager serving high-net-worth clients and managing $4 billion AUM with a 26‑person team, needed to replace an underused, hard-to-adopt CRM with a nimble, scalable system that integrated tightly with its performance and portfolio platform. The firm required better usability and compatibility with the Black Diamond Wealth Platform, leading them to select SS&C Technologies’ Salentica Elements (built on the Salesforce Lightning Platform) as the new CRM.

SS&C Technologies implemented Salentica Elements with direct integration to SS&C Advent’s Black Diamond, centralizing emails, calendars, workflows and task assignments and eliminating a shared inbox that caused inefficiencies. The deployment improved firm-wide communication (including a chat feature), streamlined processes, and laid the groundwork for enhanced marketing and business development reporting—all enabling LourdMurray to more efficiently serve $4 billion in AUM with their compact team.
