Needing more fields, workflows and industry-specific functionality, the firm selected SS&C Technologies’ Salentica CRM (powered by Microsoft Dynamics) to provide a wealth-management–focused, customizable solution.
SS&C Technologies implemented Salentica CRM Advisor Edition 2013 with TD Ameritrade Institutional’s Veo and delivered extensive customization, on-site training and integrations (including LaserApp auto-form filling and Edelman’s in-house apps). The vendor built automated workflows and an account-load process that evaluates and updates over 50,000 client accounts nightly, enabled parallel task automation, created unified 360° client views, improved data integrity and regulatory compliance, and gave management measurable visibility to better track performance and allocate resources.
