SS&C Technologies, through SS&C Flex, analyzed call trends from past acquisitions to forecast demand, then built a project plan, staffed to match expected volume, and hired and trained a dedicated transition support team. The result was thousands of calls handled in the first week, service levels exceeded throughout the project, and the client later returning to SS&C Technologies multiple times for additional acquisition onboarding support.
