SS&C BenefiX® Eliminates Issues Arising from Previous Oracle HCM EDI implementation

Ada County, Idaho’s human resources department — covering 2,530 employees with about 2,000 enrolled in benefits — consolidated benefits enrollment into Oracle HCM Cloud but encountered failed carrier EDI feeds after an implementation by an offshore partner.
