Salentica Elements™ helps cater to clients with complex requirements and the need for scalability

LourdMurray is an independent, fee-only wealth manager serving high‑net‑worth clients—business leaders, artists and athletes—with $4 billion in AUM and a 26‑person team. The firm needed a more user‑friendly, scalable CRM after its prior system sat unused; a key requirement was tight integration with its SS&C Advent Black Diamond® Wealth Platform. To meet those needs, LourdMurray selected SS&C Technologies’ Salentica Elements (built on the Salesforce Lightning Platform).

SS&C Technologies implemented Salentica Elements to centralize calendars and emails, create firm‑wide workflows and task assignments, and integrate directly with Black Diamond. The deployment eliminated the shared inbox, improved internal communication (including a chat feature), and provided a platform for marketing and business‑development reporting. As a result, LourdMurray gained stronger CRM adoption, streamlined service workflows, and a scalable system to support its $4 billion AUM business.
