Ronald Blue & Co., a large independent fee-only wealth management firm managing more than $6.5 billion in assets and serving about 7,000 clients across 13 branches, faced an outdated legacy CRM that caused redundant data, poor integrations and inconsistent service. After a nine-month RFP and evaluation, Ronald Blue & Co. selected SS&C Technologies’ Salentica CRM (Salentica Wealth Management template on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform) to provide a configurable, enterprise-grade solution that would scale without custom code.
SS&C Technologies configured and implemented Salentica CRM for Ronald Blue & Co., integrating it with Outlook, Advent Axys and other systems, performing data mapping, multi-stage data cleanup, migrations, testing and training, and completing Phase 1 in nine months for over 300 users. The deployment produced consistent, current client data at advisors’ fingertips, improved responsiveness and communication, streamlined workflows and business-development tools, increased staff efficiency, and provided secure, multi-location access with ongoing support from SS&C Technologies.
