Fiduciary Investment Advisors (FIA) is an independent, employee‑owned investment consulting firm serving retirement plan sponsors, institutional pools, non‑profits and high‑net‑worth clients (approximately $2B discretionary HNW AUM and $78B retirement plan AUA). Facing client data scattered across multiple Microsoft Access databases and a legacy CRM, FIA needed a single, flexible CRM to consolidate information and support a high‑touch, scalable service model. They selected SS&C Technologies’ Salentica Engage (built on Microsoft Dynamics 365) to meet that need.

SS&C Technologies implemented Salentica Engage to unify FIA’s client data, automate workflows and integrate with Microsoft Office 365, Power BI and Microsoft Flow. The consolidated CRM gives advisors and back‑office staff quick access to client strategies, assets and contacts, streamlines task scheduling and reduces missed actions, and enables location‑based outreach via Power BI—improvements FIA credits with higher productivity and service quality. The technology consolidation (from multiple systems into one Salentica platform) helped support the firm’s growth and contributed to FIA winning the Schwab IMPACT Award for Best in Retirement Business.
