DST Supercharges a Retirement Planning Microsite to Drive Participant Action

Leading Financial Services Company’s retirement group needed to boost participant engagement and client satisfaction by advancing its integrated Retirement Planner for a public university client with over 10,000 potential plan participants. They engaged SS&C Technologies to deliver a branded, enhanced microsite version of the Retirement Planner.

SS&C Technologies (via SS&C Retirement Solutions) implemented a “supercharged” planner with a campus-customized landing page, randomly generated non‑PII user IDs, prepopulated participant data (age, balances, asset allocation), save-and-retrieve functionality, 9-/12‑month appointment formatting, and PDF output. These enhancements increased participant engagement and client satisfaction by providing accurate, personalized, data-driven planning tools that encouraged informed action across the university’s 10,000+ population, and SS&C Technologies is rolling out further features such as personalized account summaries and a Retirement Income Distribution Planner.
