Atlas Brown transitions to Black Diamond

Atlas Brown, a Louisville-based RIA managing $500 million in AUM, faced the need for greater portfolio customization, better reporting and stronger support for alternative investments after years on SS&C Technologies’ Axys and APX OnDemand systems. SS&C Technologies implemented a smooth conversion to Black Diamond (completed in 2015) with a dedicated service team and ongoing support, enabling real-time account views, customizable client reporting, intuitive billing, daily performance reporting (returns as of yesterday’s close), and robust alternative-investment management. The transition improved client engagement, streamlined operations, and gave Atlas Brown the flexibility to scale its customized portfolios while continuing to develop new features with SS&C Technologies.
