U.S. Based E-commerce Company was manually processing more than $2B in annual order flow via email, fax and scans with little system integration, no secure intake, no assignment tracking, and minimal reporting or visibility. SS&C Technologies was brought in to address these gaps using its Chorus BPM solution to centralize and secure order intake and introduce transparent, automated workflows.

SS&C Technologies’ Chorus BPM consulting and implementation team centralized order views, automated routing and compliance checks, and added secure content ingestion and productivity tracking. The project implemented 28 processes across five departments, addressed about 70% of existing processes, and delivered measurable impact including a $1M decrease in regulatory penalty costs and exceeding the original savings goal by $25K.
