PMSquare, a specialist consulting firm committed to staying small and client-focused, was struggling with a slow, manual process to compile IBM reporting—pulling opportunity data from emails into spreadsheets. To streamline reporting and improve lead management they engaged vendor Squiz and implemented SugarCRM as their CRM platform.

Squiz’s Insights team customised SugarCRM (including changes to the Opportunities module and an Excel plug-in) to mirror IBM reporting fields and centralise data. As a result, reporting moved from a painful, time-consuming task to a minor part of the week, lead follow-up became more structured—speeding lead progression and conversion—and PMSquare gained increased transparency and ready access to client information.
