Setmore is a scheduling platform that provides online booking, reminders, and payments for consultants, solopreneurs, and service businesses. Facing manual payment processing, limited eCommerce capabilities, and the need to scale integrations across a distributed development team, Setmore needed an omni-channel solution to move customers from phone and in-person bookings to seamless digital appointments.

By partnering with Square and integrating in-person POS, the eCommerce API, Card on File, and Embed Code widgets, Setmore added in-app payments, online booking widgets, developer sandboxes, and engineering support to speed integrations. The partnership helped Setmore add video conferencing, expand into new markets (now serving 119 countries and 30+ platforms), and drove a threefold increase in daily signups within three months.
