Seeed is a digital agency that helps businesses build custom websites, accept contactless payments, and deliver eCommerce solutions. After pivoting from advertising and print 12 years ago, Seeed faced the challenge of bringing restaurants and grocery stores—many without any web presence—online quickly as demand for contactless ordering and omnichannel fulfillment surged in 2020.
Working closely with Square’s Solution Partner team, Seeed implemented Square Online, QR-enabled on-demand ordering, and contactless payment flows, and is expanding to subscription payments using Square’s Subscriptions API. With a distributed development team, Seeed implemented Square Online for over 46 sellers in six months, enabling new sales channels to be launched in hours, while continuing to build apps, provide product feedback, and support sellers’ long-term digital transformation.
