Remedly is a San Francisco–based vendor of HIPAA‑compliant cloud EHR, practice management, and revenue cycle software for dermatology, plastic surgery, and medical spa clinics. Clinics faced slow, error‑prone payment workflows for high‑ticket, out‑of‑pocket procedures—relying on legacy terminals and manual entry that complicated bookkeeping and patient checkout.

Remedly integrated Square Terminal API and the Square eCommerce API to enable secure, omnichannel in‑person and online payments that automatically sync with its PMS, simplifying bookkeeping and speeding patient transactions. Built with Square’s developer support, the solution has been rolled out to eight U.S. clinics since January 2020 and has improved accuracy, efficiency, and the overall patient experience.
