QuiqMeds provides enterprise point-of-care prescription management (QuiqCore) that integrates with EMRs to dispense medications in any care setting. QuiqMeds integrated the Square Reader SDK into an Android app so clinicians can collect copays, capture digital signatures, and reconcile payments with accounting and insurance workflows without building a PCI-compliant payments stack. The solution lets patients receive and pay for prescriptions before discharge, increases adherence and provider revenue, reduces costs and patient time in-office (saving about 50 minutes), and boosts overall patient satisfaction.
