Costa Oil, an oil-change franchise focused on making service easy and community-centered, needed a scalable way to run a growing network of locations while keeping pricing simple, customers informed, and staff training consistent. Using Square and Square Franchise Suite, Costa Oil also wanted tools that could support real-time reporting, retention, and standardized operations across more than 50 franchises.
Square implemented Square Dashboard, Square Franchise Suite, and Square Loyalty to streamline reporting, customize receipts, manage item libraries, and automate rewards and reminders. Costa Oil said the tools save time by cutting 3–4 hours a week on reporting and about 20 hours a week on system-wide SKU changes, while also speeding staff training to just 3–4 hours and improving customer and franchise consistency.
