Square helped The Kebab Shop quickly expand features like curbside pickup and on-demand delivery while digitizing both front- and back-of-house workflows. As a result, the company weathered the pandemic with minimal disruption, grew to 19 locations, opened four during the pandemic, and set plans for at least five more locations—eventually aiming for 50—while also growing its social following to 23,000.
