Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe is a Birmingham-based quick-service restaurant founded in 1998 that has grown to 85 locations. As online and to‑go orders rose 200% over three years, the chain needed a unified loyalty solution customers could use across in-store, mobile, and desktop ordering to keep diners coming back.

Taziki’s launched an order‑ahead app with TAZ Rewards—built on the Square Loyalty API—plus curbside ordering, letting guests earn a star for every $5 spent (25 stars = $10 off) across channels. Using Square Marketing and Square Payments/Dashboard, they capture customer emails, run targeted promotions, and track behavior; loyalty members now spend about $8 more per visit, improving retention and boosting sales.
