Graze on Main, a charcuterie and wine shop in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, was growing quickly and struggling with manual paperwork, inventory tracking, and managing online orders. The owners, Elyse Pare and Geza Tanner, turned to Square, using Square Restaurant POS and online ordering to help make operations more efficient.

With Square, Graze on Main was able to build a user-friendly website from inventory, let customers customize orders online, and track orders in real time from their phones. Square also synced POS, online sales, reporting, and inventory in one place, saving time and reducing administrative work; the owners said the system was so efficient it likely replaced the need for a full administrative employee.
