Square helped Bubbly Paws standardize operations across franchises while still letting each location feel local. Its custom booking system, Pawtastic, was integrated with Square so customers could book, pay, track appointments, and use gift cards across stores. Square Marketing also enabled reminder texts and timely promotions, including a blizzard-related gift card offer that generated $10,000 in gift card sales in one day, helping fuel continued expansion with nine more locations in the works.
