With no retail background, the Nashville-based company needed Square tools, including a point-of-sale system, to help manage a growing business that was quickly outgrowing its small storefront and expanding into offsite events.
Square helped Rustler Hat Co. run a flexible, personalized retail and event operation with Square Stand, Square Point of Sale, and inventory management features. The company can now handle real-time stock tracking, bulk inventory transfers, and reporting across locations, which has helped it scale to 600-person events and fueled rapid growth through word-of-mouth, including work with about half of Fortune 500 companies and sales strong enough for Samuels to leave her full-time job.
