Crepes Bonaparte, a fast-casual crepe restaurant and food truck business, needed a way to handle rising labor costs and noisy ordering environments that were causing missed phone orders and misheard customer requests. Square implemented Square Kiosk across Crepes Bonaparte’s Whittier location and food trucks, integrating it with Square KDS and Square Terminal so orders flow directly to staff and inventory can be updated quickly. The result was the ability to run some shifts with one staff member instead of two, better out-of-stock management, and improved order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
