Birdsong Brewing, one of Charlotte’s original craft breweries, was struggling with a clunky legacy point-of-sale setup that made payments, training, and reconciliation difficult. Square gave Birdsong Brewing an easier-to-use platform for payments, reporting, online ordering, and selling merch, cans, and kegs. Training new staff dropped to about 10 minutes, taproom updates can be made in about 15 seconds, and the team can quickly verify deposits and sales data, resulting in faster tasks, smoother operations, and a more satisfied staff.
