The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR), a state affiliate representing more than 33,000 real estate professionals, needed a better way to raise awareness of industry issues, connect with members and consumers statewide, and communicate about legislation and ballot initiatives. Managing high volumes of content, member outreach and ad-driven conversations across multiple platforms was a persistent challenge.
PAR adopted Sprout Social for publishing, scheduling, message approval and its Smart Inbox to track mentions, shares and ad comments, centralizing social management and enabling targeted campaigns. Over five years PAR grew its social audience 21.1% (total fans 18,297) and saw impressions rise 48.8% year-over-year; a 2017 ballot outreach drove impressions +70.9%, engagements +126% and inbound messages +514.4%, helped register thousands of supporters and contributed to the referendum’s passage.
