How the Royal National Institute of Blind People found a dedicated accessibility partner in Sprout

RNIB, the Royal National Institute of Blind People, needed a fully accessible social media management platform that would let blind and partially sighted staff work independently and effectively. Social Media Officer Holly Tuke found existing tools difficult to use, prompting RNIB to search for a better solution and evaluate Sprout Social as a potential accessibility partner.

RNIB adopted Sprout Social in July 2023, and the platform’s accessibility, Smart Inbox, and reporting features quickly improved day-to-day operations. Holly Tuke said Sprout saves her up to three hours of work per day, while the team also uses Sprout Social to cut manual reporting, spot trends faster, and manage a growing inbound message volume that rose from about 1,000–2,000 to 3,000–4,000 messages per month.
