Edina Realty, a leading real estate company with more than 2,400 agents, needed a better way to help agents build a strong social presence and share relevant content without spending too much time searching for ideas or writing posts. The team turned to Bambu by Sprout Social to solve the “how” of employee social sharing and make it easier for agents to market themselves and stay top of mind with clients.

Sprout Social implemented Bambu as a daily content-sharing resource with pre-populated messaging and digest emails, then rolled it out to a pilot group before expanding more broadly. The results were strong: engagements rose 674% month over month, stories shared increased 180%, and engagements per story improved 25.6x. Edina Realty also reported a 91/100 ease-of-use score and greater social ROI, website usage, and share of voice.
