Chatterkick is an Iowa-based social media agency and Sprout Social partner that helps brands turn awareness into action. Working with longtime client Greenberg’s Jewelers, Chatterkick faced the challenge of growing the retailer’s VIP email list and collecting customer insights (preferred store locations, purchase histories) to inform marketing and customer care.

Chatterkick launched an eye-catching free-giveaway campaign on Facebook and Instagram, using Sprout Social’s paid tools to plan, launch, measure and report performance. In under a month the campaign delivered 255,300 impressions, 11,450 clicks, 5,279 engagements and 3,200 email leads, with Sprout’s Paid Performance Report making the impact easy to demonstrate.
