TedxPortland - Customer Case Study

Sprinklr partnered with TEDxPortland to amplify the "Tomorrows" conference and its mission of "Ideas Worth Spreading." The challenge was to elevate social presence and community interaction—locally and globally—by capturing and activating the conversation around the event and improving on the previous year’s social production.

Sprinklr delivered integrated social activations: an online social hub (with Instrument), real-time social displays at a 6K race and on-site projections, a Command Center visualizing trending TEDx content, and an animated on-stage backdrop integrating fan comments. The campaign aggregated 4,056 posts under #TedXTomorrows and #TedxPDX, generated nearly 845k impressions, and significantly increased attendee participation and engagement.
