PROS Holdings, Inc. needed a way to centralize social campaign planning, publishing, collaboration, and analysis across its growing marketing workflow. While it already used Sprinklr Marketing, some project-management work still lived in separate tools and spreadsheets, making it harder to keep a single source of truth and track performance efficiently.
Sprinklr solved this by adding Project Management to PROS’s existing Sprinklr Marketing setup, giving the team one place to plan, publish, manage, and track campaigns end to end. The result was unified campaign execution, better collaboration, and improved productivity; in just four months, PROS used Sprinklr to create nine portfolios, 42 projects, 22 sub-projects, five task forms, and 215 tasks.
