A Sprinklr Case Study
Pillar Marketing, a Los Angeles-based digital, design and brand consulting firm, needed a better way to manage high-volume social media work for clients with massive followings. Its previous tools created problems with approvals, publishing, comment management, API compatibility and reporting, so Pillar turned to Sprinklr Social Self-Serve to support its end-to-end workflow.
Sprinklr unified scheduling, content management, community engagement, social listening, benchmarking and analytics in one platform, simplifying approvals and improving efficiency across channels. The results were strong: Cheech & Chong’s Global Holdings generated over $1 million in incremental revenue in 2023, saw a 10% lift in lifetime value, and achieved an 80% increase in engagement rates, while Mary Jones recorded more than 100% month-over-month growth in engagement, impressions, reach and website clicks.
