Roche, one of the world’s largest healthcare companies, needed a better way to empower employees to support its social media efforts and amplify the brand. Through the Sprinklr Advocacy Project, Roche introduced a new platform for its social media team and employees, including digital support specialists like Kiki Varga, to manage community engagement, advocacy, and editorial planning more effectively.

Sprinklr implemented the platform and enabled Roche employees to share approved content across their own social channels. The result was strong adoption, with more than 1,300 users on the platform and growing, giving Roche a scalable way to increase brand reach and support its social media operations.
