Stage Entertainment, the world’s leading musical theater production company, wanted to use social listening to guide Broadway show selection, concept testing, and audience engagement as it navigated pandemic-related shutdowns and reopening uncertainty. Working with Sprinklr’s Unified-CXM platform and Sprinklr Insights, the company also aimed to understand theatergoers’ safety concerns, track sentiment, and improve social content performance across multiple countries and languages.
Sprinklr helped Stage Entertainment apply AI-powered social listening and publishing in new ways, enabling local teams to monitor sentiment, test show concepts, inform production decisions, and share top-performing assets across markets. The results were significant: more than 85% of social teams now work from one unified platform, 58% of assets were reused in the first five months of 2022, and optimized social management saved about $65,000 and 2,000 hours in FY21, while social videos achieved 15% engagement.
