Oatly, the global plant-based food brand, wanted to launch on TikTok without losing its distinctive, humorous identity on a trend-driven platform. Working with Sprinklr and its media agency PHD, Oatly needed a way to plan, execute, and measure paid and organic TikTok activity while keeping content aligned with the brand and driving real engagement.
Sprinklr helped Oatly manage TikTok and other social campaigns through a unified platform for creative planning, collaboration, tagging, reporting, and performance analysis. The result was major momentum on TikTok, including a video that reached more than 193 million views and 80 million likes, with another post generating 100 million initial views plus 114 million more after paid boosting, while Oatly also built a community of more than 600,000 followers and improved engagement across channels.
