Clemson University needed a modern replacement for its unsupported legacy social media research software to power the Social Media Listening Center and prepare students for careers in social media, while also supporting faculty research and community projects. The university chose Sprinklr, specifically Sprinklr Insights, to provide an AI-powered platform for listening to and analyzing conversations across digital channels.
Sprinklr helped Clemson University streamline data collection from hundreds of millions of sources, cutting research time from hours or days to just minutes in some cases. The platform has supported more than 10 active research projects and over 30 faculty data requests, while giving students hands-on experience that has helped many secure internships and first jobs.
