Cisco empowers its employees to serve as brand advocates

Cisco, the worldwide leader in networking, wanted to empower its 70,000+ employees to act as brand advocates and amplify company messaging through their own social channels. To support its employee advocacy program, Cisco turned to Sprinklr and its Advocacy solution to help increase reach, boost employee participation, and measure the impact of social sharing.

Sprinklr implemented Advocacy from Sprinklr Social, giving Cisco a curated content library, mobile-friendly sharing, governance and approval workflows, and reporting dashboards to track engagement and performance. Within four months, Cisco had more than 3,000 active users, an estimated market value of nearly $200,000, and 48% of employees sharing an average of 10 posts per month, with a goal of reaching 12,000 users within the year.
