BMO wanted to take employee advocacy to the next level in a highly regulated financial services environment. While it already had a foundation in place, the company needed a more seamless, intuitive, and scalable experience that would integrate with its SharePoint intranet and keep regulated employees and sales teams fully excluded for compliance. BMO partnered with Sprinklr and its Sprinklr Advocacy platform to make that happen.

Sprinklr co-developed a first-of-its-kind integration between Sprinklr Advocacy and BMO’s SharePoint intranet, creating a secure and easy-to-use workflow built into employees’ daily routines. The new “BMO Share” experience cut the employee journey from 11 steps to just two clicks, drove higher adoption and engagement, and delivered an 875% boost in earned media value, while automatically routing regulated users to other programs for compliance.
