How DocuSign is Transforming Lives at Work

DocuSign, a publicly traded San Francisco company with more than 6,000 employees, faced rising employee depression, anxiety, and stress during the COVID-19 pandemic. Recognizing that mental health had become a critical workplace need, DocuSign sought a way to better support employees and their families with a more personalized and accessible mental health benefit.

Spring Health implemented a comprehensive mental healthcare program for DocuSign that included a clinically validated assessment, personalized care plans, care navigators, therapy access, and digital CBT resources. The results were significant: a 44% increase in behavioral health treatment utilization, 78% of members improving depression symptoms, 77% improving anxiety symptoms, and 78% reporting positive impact on work, social, or home life. DocuSign also reported one-day access to therapy and $3.70 in health claims savings for every $1 invested in Spring Health.
