Mariner, a rapidly growing wealth management firm, faced a major scaling challenge: less than 10% of its Salesforce processes were documented, making it difficult to onboard newly acquired firms and train a distributed workforce. To solve this, Mariner turned to Spekit and its just-in-time learning tools embedded in Salesforce to create, update, and deliver process and policy guidance where and when users need it.
Spekit implemented in‑app “Speks” and customizable Spotlights to deliver contextual training and announcements, building a robust library of over 400 Speks. As a result, Mariner onboarded 20 new firms (≈250 associates) since 2019 Q4, grew from 36 to 78 offices, improved Salesforce data hygiene, and cut live/facilitated training time by 65%; Spekit also contributed to internal productivity gains and promotions.
