Addigy, a SaaS Apple device management startup, needed a better way to virtually train and enable its growing remote sales team after COVID. Spekit helped Addigy centralize siloed knowledge into bite-sized Speks, embed guidance directly in Salesforce and other apps, and support reps through a Chrome extension, Slack, dashboards, and spotlights. As a result, Addigy reduced time spent on onboarding, answering questions, and communicating changes, improved employee productivity and Salesforce data quality, and expanded Spekit beyond sales to nearly every department.
