Spectrm’s conversational display ad dynamically recommended products in real time and let prospects chat, learn, and buy in a single experience; the program generated over 1.03M one-to-one brand engagements, more than 100k unique messages, and influenced $100k in revenue in the first campaign. Ongoing optimizations with Spectrm drove average engaged time up to 1m50s, nearly doubled CTR to product pages, delivered 4x return on ad spend, and saw 80% of revenue from the ad touchpoint close within seven days.
