Hungryroot Leverages Facebook Messenger Bot to Gain Brand Insights

Hungryroot, a fast-growing direct-to-consumer grocery delivery company, needed to measure the effectiveness of an out-of-home campaign in New York City and capture quality brand insights while connecting with consumers at scale.
