Hungryroot, a fast-growing direct-to-consumer grocery delivery company, needed to measure the effectiveness of an out-of-home campaign in New York City and capture quality brand insights while connecting with consumers at scale. To do this they partnered with Spectrm and built a Facebook Messenger bot using Spectrm’s conversational marketing platform.
Using Spectrm’s social messaging, retargeting messages, and conversation analytics, Hungryroot deployed a Messenger bot to survey brand awareness before, during, and after the campaign. The solution automated 1:1 conversations at scale, produced quantifiable changes in awareness, delivered richer audience data for retargeting, and provided funnel-level analytics to optimize outreach and measure campaign impact.
