CoppaFeel! is a breast cancer awareness charity focused on getting young people into the habit of regular self-checks, but found it hard to motivate and reassure audiences at scale online. To reach that demographic and drive behavior change, CoppaFeel! worked with Spectrm to build a conversational health assistant — the Boob Bot — on Facebook Messenger.
Spectrm’s Messenger bot guides users through a check, sends timely reminders, and uses conversation analytics to optimize engagement; the campaign delivered a 3x ad recall lift (299%), a 30% action intent lift, a 22% subscription rate for reminders and 98% of users reporting increased confidence, outperforming EMEA and non-profit benchmarks. With Spectrm, CoppaFeel! also drove measurable online-to-offline actions as some users followed up with doctors after using the bot.
