To improve conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment, they partnered with vendor Spectrm to implement a solution using Facebook Messenger and its associated tools.

Spectrm implemented a one-to-one conversational commerce experience on Messenger for 6thStreet. Using Click to Messenger ads and a bot that asked about style preferences, they provided real-time, personalized product recommendations. This solution achieved an 8% conversion rate from Messenger, which was four times higher than their website, and a 45% average opt-in rate for recurring notifications, allowing for continued direct engagement.
