DVB AG, the public transportation provider for Dresden and surrounding communities, wanted a way to complement its annual passenger surveys with real-time feedback from its 153 million yearly riders. To support this, DVB AG worked with Spectos GmbH to explore digital market research and live service-quality measurement across its transport network.
Spectos GmbH implemented a multi-channel digital survey solution that let passengers submit feedback via QR codes, links, smartphones, tablets, PCs, and feedback terminals, with all responses consolidated in a central system and evaluated in real time. Over a 4-month pilot, more than 1,650 experiences were recorded, giving DVB immediate insight into customer satisfaction and helping validate the results of its annual surveys.
