POST Luxembourg, the largest postal and telecommunications provider in Luxembourg, wanted a clear and transparent view of its mail operations from induction through delivery. To measure transit times and assess quality across distribution centers, mail pick-ups, deliveries, and sorting processes, it turned to Spectos GmbH for a transit time measurement system and quality management support.
Spectos GmbH set up and designed the measurement system across Luxembourg, trained a panel of test letter participants, and enabled reporting through multi-channel tools and the Mailagenten platform. The result is daily dashboard reporting for POST Luxembourg with live and closed report views, giving managers up to four access levels and a clear overview of regions, locations, and sending/receipt dates. POST Luxembourg now has transparent, easy-to-read online reports and is considering RFID integration to gain even more precise delay analysis.
