The industrial tools supplier Signet, which operates both B2B and D2C channels, faced challenges combining these operations on a legacy eCommerce platform. The results allowed Signet to win new business they previously could not support and led to a vast operational improvement by reducing manual errors. SparkLayer's functionality became an integral part of their online setup.
