Telia Company, the largest telecommunication operator in Northern Europe with Eurasian market presence based in Sweden, needed global information systems to track the full lifecycle of electronic devices it sold. The project covered purchasing, logistics, sales, and aftersales, and the systems had to work across Telia’s internal and external applications.

SolbegSoft developed and integrated the systems using Java, .NET, C#, and MsSQL to support supply chain management, device lifecycle management, order tracking, analytics, purchasing, outbound logistics, and competitive price tracking. The result was a set of connected tools that united data from different sources, provided online process tracking, and enabled backward analysis.
