A Sojern Case Study
The Grand Mark Prague, a boutique hotel in a 17th-century palace known for its private baroque garden and spacious suites, faced strong competition from online travel agencies and wanted to grow its share of direct bookings by driving more guests to book on its own website rather than through third parties.
Partnering with Sojern on a pay-on-the-stay, commission-based program using Display, SEM and Facebook/Instagram ads, the hotel generated over €45K in direct booking revenue in under four months. The campaign was always-on and multi-channel, helping direct bookings rise from about 10–15% to nearly 30% of total revenue (Sojern bookings represented roughly 27% of revenue during the period).
