Leading Hotels of the World (LHW), a collection of more than 400 independent luxury hotels across 80+ countries, needed a scalable digital marketing solution to recommend to its properties to drive direct bookings and ease property-level marketing burdens. LHW sought a partner that could amplify each hotel's unique story while delivering measurable direct-booking results.
Sojern delivered a customizable, pay-on-the-stay, commission-based multi-channel program (Display, SEM, Facebook and Instagram) that runs always-on campaigns for onboarded hotels. In eight months the program influenced more than $4.6M in direct booking revenue across 48 properties, produced 3,400+ bookings, and earned strong hotel-level feedback on performance and usability.
