I’M Hotel is a 5‑star property in Makati’s Poblacion district, home to the Philippines’ largest urban onsen spa and 434 rooms. As an independent hotel, it faced the common challenge of winning more direct bookings in a customer journey where third‑party channels often dominate—and doing so without costly upfront marketing investments.

Since partnering with Sojern in 2017, I’M Hotel used Display, Facebook and Instagram campaigns (on a commission‑only model) to maintain a consistent brand presence and drive direct bookings. In 2018 Sojern delivered PHP 3,953,495 in direct booking revenue, grew ADR for Sojern bookings by 20% since 2017, and produced higher‑value, longer stays, while providing campaign transparency through an easy‑to‑use client portal.
